Do you offer anything other than handmade bows?
Yes! Although handmade bows and hair accessories were the items our business was founded on, and continue to be our “specialty”, we have recently branched out to occasionally carry other small gift items.
What is your shipping cost?
We charge a $4.00 flat rate shipping charge on all orders. Orders of $25.00 and over ship FREE!
When will my order ship?
We currently operate on a turnaround time of 5-7 BUSINESS days (M-F) before shipping, although it can often be sooner if items are ready to ship. This number of days does not count the time it takes for USPS to deliver your order.
My order has shipped, but it appears it is delayed within the system of USPS. What do I do?
Unfortunately, this is a case that has to be opened with by the customer with USPS themselves. Once the post office has possession of our packages, they are no longer our responsibility. We cannot see any other tracking information than you, as the customer, can. However, even when packages show they are delayed, they more often than not will end up showing up with no issue.
Do you offer headbands for babies?
Unless otherwise noted, all bows are attached to alligator clips. However, there are some headband items in the shop (such as the Isla knot collection). For those that do not have headband options, we offer clip-on nylon headbands (one size fits all), to which clips can be attached to.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! However, it does depend on season and what is being requested. It never hurts to ask! Please email your requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, all sales are final. We currently do not accept items for refunds or exchange, unless it is due to a defect** of the product upon arrival. If this is the case, a photo of item in original packaging, showcasing the defect, along with an explanation of the defect, must be emailed to email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order. In the event a return is required for defective merchandise, item(s) must be shipped back to BellaQ within 7 days of receiving them. A delay within the USPS system is not cause for a refund on your order. Lost or damaged packages will require a case to be opened with USPS.
**Product photos are taken in the lighting environment that best suits the product’s colors and features. BellaQ is not responsible for color vartiations that are due to screen resolutions. Color difference, due to screen resolution, is not considered a defect.**
Do you offer gift cards?
Gift cards will be an option in the very near future!
Can I send an order to someone as a gift?
Sure! All we will need is the name and mailing address of the recipient, along with any special note you would like to include in the recipient’s order.
